Today, I want to talk to you about a treasure we often ignore: the present moment.
Not the past — it’s already gone.
Not the future — it hasn’t arrived yet.
But the now, this very breath, this heartbeat, this second.

We live rushing, planning, remembering, worrying.
And in the middle of all that, we forget the only thing we truly have:
this moment.

The power of now isn’t just a beautiful phrase.
It’s a deep truth.
When you are fully present, fear dissolves.
Anxiety fades.
Guilt disappears.
Only clarity, life, and peace remain.

Because the past can’t be changed.
And no matter how hard you try, the future will always be uncertain.
But now — now is yours.
It’s the place where you can choose, feel, love, and act.

Take a breath…
You’re alive.
You’re here.
And that is enough.

Don’t wait for life to change to feel at peace.
Peace begins when you choose to be present.
When you stop fighting what was or what could be…
And simply be.

Today, I invite you to pause.
Look around.
And recognize that this moment is sacred.
And that within you, right now, there is power.
The power to awaken. The power to live. The power to be.

Today I want to talk to you about something we all deeply long for: living in peace.
But what does peace really mean? It’s not just the absence of war or external conflict—it’s an inner decision, a personal commitment to yourself and the world around you.

Living in peace means learning to let go of what you can’t control, forgiving even when no apology comes, and speaking from the heart instead of the ego.
It’s choosing to collaborate rather than compete. It’s understanding that everyone is fighting battles we often cannot see.

Peace begins within. In how you speak to yourself, in how you take care of yourself, in how you choose to respond when things don’t go your way.
It’s realizing that you don’t always have to be right, and you don’t have to live up to everyone’s expectations.
It’s knowing when to pause, take a deep breath, and decide not to fight, even when you have reasons to.

When we live in peace, we change the world. Because peace is contagious—it spreads through simple acts: a smile, a thank you, a sincere hug.
Living in peace is having the courage to be kind in a world that often feels rushed, loud, and angry.

And remember this: peace is not found outside—it is cultivated within. Every day, in every choice, in every word.

Make your soul a quiet place. And from there, start building a better world. Because real change… begins with you.

Thank you.

Sometimes pride or routine blinds us, and we forget something essential: our parents won’t be here forever. Asking for forgiveness isn’t a sign of weakness — it’s an act of love and humility. It doesn’t matter who was right or wrong; what matters is that they’re still here, waiting for a word, a hug, a chance to heal.

Tell them you love them, even if they’re not used to hearing it. Hug them more, listen to them more, and stop putting off those visits, those calls, those unspoken words. Time doesn’t warn us, and when the silence comes, there’s no going back. Don’t wait for a “tomorrow” that may never come. Today is the perfect moment to say you’re sorry, to thank them, and to hold them with your whole heart. Because when they’re gone… all you’ll want is one more minute. Don’t waste it. Treasure every moment.

Hoy decide romper esas cadenas invisibles.
Hoy decide vivir por ti.
Y cada vez que alguien diga "no puedes", tú sonríe y responde: "Mira cómo lo hago."

Gracias.

Good morning everyone,

Today, I want to talk about something many of us go through silently: anxiety.
That feeling that sneaks into your chest without warning — the tightness, the racing heart, the sense that everything is falling apart, even when everything seems fine on the outside.

Anxiety doesn’t always show its face. Sometimes it hides behind a smile, behind a routine, behind someone who looks like they’ve got it all together. But inside… inside there’s a storm. Thoughts that won’t stop, fears you can’t explain, worries that feel bigger than they really are.

Daily life can be overwhelming. Work, responsibilities, bills, social media, the pressure to “be okay” all the time, to be strong, to be perfect. We push ourselves so hard that we forget to breathe. We forget that it’s human to feel tired, to feel lost, to need help.

But you are not alone.

Everyone you pass is fighting a battle you can’t see. That’s why we need more kindness, more patience, and more understanding — not just for others, but for ourselves too.

Anxiety does not define who you are. It is a feeling, not a life sentence. And even when it feels like it will never go away, I want to remind you: you can get through this. Step by step. With support, with self-care, with love.

It’s okay to ask for help. It’s okay to pause. It’s okay to say, “I’m not okay today.” What matters is that you keep going. One breath at a time. One moment at a time.

And when you feel like you can’t keep going, remember this:
You’ve already survived your hardest days.
You’re stronger than you think.
And this too shall pass.

Thank you.

The Mess in Our Minds

Sometimes, the real chaos isn’t outside—it’s within us. Our minds, constantly racing, are filled with unfinished thoughts, looping worries, scattered dreams, old memories, and new fears. It's like walking into a room where every drawer has been pulled out, every paper scattered, every voice speaking at once—and you're expected to make sense of it all.

We overthink conversations, replay mistakes, worry about things that haven't happened, and hold onto pain we never asked for. And in that mess, it's easy to lose our peace, our purpose—even ourselves.

But here’s the truth: a messy mind doesn’t mean a broken soul. It means you’re human. It means you're processing, feeling, growing. And the good news? Just as a room can be cleaned, a mind can be calmed.

Through stillness, through breathing, through letting go—little by little, we can find clarity. We don’t need to fix everything at once. We just need to start with one thought, one truth, one step.

You are not your chaos. You are the awareness behind it. And that awareness is where peace begins.

05/24/2025

Good afternoon everyone,

Today, I want to invite you to reflect on a truth that is as simple as it is powerful:
We could live in peace... if we truly wanted to.

This isn’t a fantasy. It’s not naïve. It’s a real possibility—within reach, if we choose it.
Peace doesn’t just happen. It’s built—day by day, through our decisions, our words, and our actions.
And even though the world may often seem to fall apart under the weight of war, violence, hatred, and division, peace is still there... waiting for us. Like an open door that just needs someone to step through.

We live in a world full of differences. Differences in culture, religion, ideas, and interests.
But peace doesn’t require us to be the same. It only requires us to respect each other—to understand that my rights should not trample yours, that dignity is non-negotiable, and that every human life has equal value.

Peace begins at home—when we teach our children to listen instead of yell.
It grows in our communities—when we choose to help rather than judge.
And it becomes stronger in governments—when dialogue is valued over conflict.

So I leave you with a simple but essential question:
Do we want to live in peace?
If the answer is yes, then we must act like peace is already possible.
Because it is.

We could live in peace...
if we wanted to.

Thank you.

Today I want to talk to you about a fundamental value, an invisible yet powerful force that unites, transforms, and gives meaning to our lives: love towards others.

Love is not just a romantic feeling, as it is often portrayed. It is much broader than that. Love is empathy. It is respect. It is solidarity. It means reaching out to those in need, listening without judgment, forgiving from the heart, and celebrating others’ successes as if they were our own.

To love others is to recognize their humanity — their strengths and their struggles. It is understanding that every person carries a story, a battle, and a dream. We all need, at some point, a kind word, a sincere hug, or simply someone who is there for us.

In a world that often seems rushed or indifferent, love is a revolutionary act. Loving without expecting anything in return. Loving through small actions — a smile, a phone call, a genuine “how are you?”

We must also remember that love begins with ourselves. We cannot truly love others if we do not value and care for ourselves. Because when we love ourselves, we are better able to give real, healthy, and unconditional love.

Imagine a world where everyone acted from a place of love. Where differences didn’t divide us but enriched us. Where respect was the foundation of every relationship. That world is not a fantasy. It starts with us — with every gesture, every word.

I invite you to practice love every day. Not through grand speeches, but through concrete actions. Because true love doesn’t make noise, but it changes lives.

Thank you very much.

What if we went back…
What if we became kids again?
Back to the days when laughter came easy,
when time didn’t chase us,
and life was simply… lived.

Do you remember when nothing really worried us?
When our biggest fear was recess ending,
and our greatest wish was that the sun would stay up just a little longer?

We were free.
With clean hearts and dirty hands.
We played without thinking of tomorrow.
We cried without shame.
We loved without conditions.

What happened to us?

Now we run after clocks,
after goals, after numbers,
chasing a future that keeps moving just out of reach.
And somewhere along the way, we forgot the most important thing:
What it feels like to be alive.

So for a moment…
close your eyes.
Take a deep breath.
And remember what it was like to live without fear,
without judgment,
without hurry.

Let’s be kids again.
Not in body,
but in spirit.

Because maybe the answer isn’t in becoming more—
but in returning to less.
To the simple.
To the pure.
To what’s real.

Let’s go back.
Let’s be kids again.
Let’s be… human again.

"Value Life Today"

If one day you feel alone, remember this:
somewhere in the world this morning, someone closed their eyes forever.

They didn’t know it yesterday. Maybe they had plans, promises, unfinished dreams. Maybe they thought they had more time. But time doesn’t wait, and life — so fragile and precious — can change in an instant.

That’s why, if you’re here today — breathing, feeling, even if your hands are empty or your heart is tired — you’re alive. And that, though we often forget, is already an incredible gift.

Loneliness hurts, I know. But sometimes it’s the whisper of your soul asking you to return to yourself, to listen to what you've been ignoring, to value the simple things: a hug, a glance, a ray of sunlight.

So if today you feel alone, don’t see it as a curse — see it as an opportunity. Because you’re still here. You can still change something, say something, love, create, or simply be.

Life won’t wait. Make the most of it.

I want them to invent a vaccine against racism.
To remember that we are all the same — one humanity.
I want selfishness to disappear,
and for the only true religion to be called love.

I want saying “good morning” to be normal,
and smiling back to be the natural thing to do.
Because it costs nothing to help,
and giving love always brings love in return.

All I want is peace.
A safe world, free from fear and limitations.
I want the sun to shine brighter than ever,
and for us to love life each day we wake up.

Hug your children, hug your parents,
before it's too late.
Unforgiveness has filled too many graves without flowers.

And I ask you —
What about happiness? Where is it now?
What happened to that will to live
we had when we were children?

I want to see a better world.
A different world.
And I believe it's still possible...
if we dream it together.
