Alaska Personal Training We provide personal training to members of The Gym in Juneau, AK.

We work with motivated people from all walks of life, with diverse fitness goals, including strengthening and conditioning for athletics all the way to overall health improvement. Located inside of The Gym in Juneau, Alaska, we train gym members to achieve their fitness goals, whether those involve athletics, general strengthening and conditioning, or simply getting healthier.

With the gym reopening, we are beginning to see clients in-person again while observing safe social distancing practices.

We are now providing virtual training to our clients, using whatever array of fitness implements they have at home, whether those are free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, or just pure body weight exercises.
