I missed a few handstands! But today I did it 😃 Love this place. Going up those tracks is a crazy workout! Dangerous even at some points
In the photo where I’m pointing there used to be a little town there. The last time I came the houses were empty but the town still existed, along with the original hanging bridge which was supposedly the oldest in Mexico (built in 1820 something I think). Then they kicked out the people and destroyed the bridge because they wanted to flood the place and make use of the lands on the other side of the valley , for commercial purposes of course. I don’t know why it didn’t happen and they ended up rebuilding the bridge 8 years later. Who knows where the people of the town are now.
I guess last time I was here was 15 years ago @ Puente De Arcediano

Around 30s.. was hoping for more but then had to do a ton of attempts! That’s good I’m working my muscles. Also I hate having to do splits to get the balance up there, but today I just couldn’t go straight from the beginning and keep it long

Day 14

So today I actually skipped (forgot, didn’t have or rather make time for) my handstand.. until we’re getting ready for bed and all of the sudden he starts hand standing and how is he going to allow me to not do it. So thank you for not letting me miss a day 💕
And these are definitely some of his best handstands yet, I’m glad they’re recorded! And of course he can keep going on and on forever 🙄

I ‘cheated’ to get into the pose because there was no room to kick 🤗 Funny how one leg is so much lower!

Pike hops (don’t you love all the names I come up with 🥰) The original idea was to get into a free-standing L stand pose, which I could do in the past. But today I couldn’t. Maybe I’m tired because is not here and I had to carry Kai myself on our Sunday hike
