🎇🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July from New York City! 🇺🇸🎇

We had an incredible adventure celebrating Independence Day in the Big Apple. Our evening started with a delicious dinner at Electric Lemon, perched on the 24th floor of the Equinox Hotel. The food, the atmosphere, and the company were all top-notch!

But the highlight of the night was stepping out onto the patio to watch the fireworks light up the sky over Hudson Yards. The view was absolutely breathtaking and a moment we'll never forget.

Thank you Karin Longenecker Crawford for recommending this book. There are some really great nuggets here. I definitely need to practice my problem solving. One part I just read mix me wonder. " Communication involves much more than words. One authority said that only seven percent of our communication involves spoken words, Another thirty eight percent is conveyed by body language , including gestures and facial expressions, And fifty five percent by the tone of your voice." In this day and age where everything is done.Via text communication so much can be lost in translation. I have found this myself in communicating with my employees and how important it is to speak at least over the phone versus text if the conversation can't be in person.
