Every year I set up a volunteer day at St. Mary’s Food Bank. I’m thinking about October 17 from 12 - 2. Is there anybody that would be interested in joining me for emergency food box packing? they play good 89’s & 90’s jams, assembly line style, it is fun and goes by very quick. You will also be helping thousands of people in our community.

Training the Mind

This morning I arrived at State Farm Stadium at 8:30 AM. Not to work or tailgate, but to attend “Training the Mind” A panel of performance psychiatrists and other mental health specialists who will discuss why mental health discussions should be at the front of performance, resilience and over all wellness.

After is a networking reception and
then the Arizona Cardinals take on the Champs Seattle Seahawks

Regardless of the game outcome, talking about mental health is always a WIN!

We had a great time at our Phoenix Mercury watch party on Thursday! Ty to all that came out to support Game Chasers, Visit Phoenix, Tap into Phoenix and Toms Watch Bar!
We enjoyed food, drinks, the Mercury game, and snuck some NFL in too! We met great people & gave away a lot of great prizes!
