It’s rarely ever “too late” to improve your health. I’ve seen firsthand how strength, balance and confidence can all improve in your 60s, 70, 80s and beyond.

If you want to take active control of your cognitive health before challenges arise, or you are already experiencing changes in physical stability and mental focus, I’m here to support you.

My goal is to meet you exactly where you are today, combining physical conditioning with targeted cognitive engagement to protect both a resilient mind and a strong body.

Looking for a clear, safe path forward? ⬇️

Many people notice changes as they age, feeling less steady, more cautious, or not quite as sharp as they used to be. Whether you are noticing these shifts in yourself, or looking for a reliable solution for an aging loved one, it is normal to feel unsure of where to start - especially when exercise advice feels confusing, intimidating, or overly generic.

At In Touch Health & Performance, we use exercise as a tool to support brain health, physical strength, balance, and confidence. Our programs are designed specifically for aging adults and are informed by current research around cognitive health, fall prevention, and long-term independence.

You won’t be pushed into workouts that don’t make sense for your body. Instead, we meet you where you are, help you understand what’s going on, and guide you forward with a thoughtful, personalized plan that supports both your body and your brain.

The goal is not to look younger.

The goal is to preserve your ability to live independently, stay engaged with your family, and continue making choices based on what you want to do rather than what your body will allow.

Here’s the truth about gyms ⬇️

Many older adults avoid gyms. That’s not because they don’t care about their health, but because they feel that gyms are too loud, intimidating, crowded, or unsafe.

Finding the right environment plays a huge role in consistency and confidence.

The truth is, you don’t have to be afraid of going to the gym, because going to the gym doesn’t have to be loud, intimidating or painful.

Progress doesn’t require punishment. It requires the right environment. That’s why I’ve created a welcoming, calm and focused space built for real people, where you are not rushed, judged or expected to “keep up.”
