Dinner last night was a simple chopped salad, roasted sweet potato and venison steak. Easy peasy .. It doesnt have to be gourmet everyday!

Simple chopped salad
1 head of lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes chopped in half
1-2 avocados
1/2 cup chopped toasted pine nuts.
Compliant salad dressing of choice. (Here I used Tessemea’s Ranch Vinaigrette)

Pine Nuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add pine nuts to cookie sheet with 2 tablespoons of ghee to and bake 5-6 minutes to toast.

Toss the salad and enjoy as a side to a lean protein like this venison steak. Or add some chicken and devour!

Sweet Potatoes
poke holes in the potato , wrap it in tin foil and place in the oven at 425 for one hour.

Venison
Chop 2 slices of bacon and place it in a preheated cast iron skillet. render the bacon until it is soft but not crunch. Add the Venison. I like to sprinkle Penzeys Chicago seasoning on them but you can do just salt and pepper!!
Grill for 2-4 minutes each side and serve.
The bacon adds much needed fat to the super lean venison.

I love prep cooking and making my own salad dressings, ghee and sauces. However, I have less time to do so, as I embark on another a round of Whole30.

You can find so many compliant products at stores near you!! I was delighted to find this product that the whole30 community raves that I have never tried at my local sprouts.....because you know I make my own 🌞👊

Tammy Crawford insta pot korean beef!!!

InstaPot Korean Beef

4+ cloves garlic
2 tbsp Mirin
4 tbsp coconut amino
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 onion chopped
2 lb flank steak thinly sliced
1 tbsp ghee
1 bunch of chopped green onions
Salt and pepper, to taste

Mix all ingredients together, except meat and onions. Pour marinade over the meat and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours -to- over night. Take the beef out, pat dry and let it come to room temp. Reserve the marinade. Sauté the onions in the ghee until translucent. Add the beef to the InstaPot and brown the beef on all sides. Add the marinade and pressure cook for 7 or 8 minutes. Release the pressure, serve over cauliflower rice and garnish with green onions!!

🥇🎉🥑In 30 days our little group achieved life changing NSV AND lost a total of 35 inches! You guys are amazing.

🥇🥇🥇🥇I chose the winner based on participation during and on her mind set at the end. I mean she even made homemade almond milk!!! That ROCKS!!! I believe she has made long term life changes for her and her family!! I couldn't be more happy or proud to announce Lisa Johnston as the winner!!

Hello!! I know I promised to annouce winners on the 4th... I have one last evaluation to do tomorrow!! This has been so fun for me to see!!! The results have been different for everyone BUT everyone so far has had NSV and scale victories!!! I am so proud of you all and I can't wait to share total number of inches and pounds lost for yall!!! Be proud of what you just accomplished!

I am so impressed and proud of all of you!! You all impressed me with your committment and drive. My deepest hearts desire is that you will bring alot of these new habits forward with you into your new normal and what the whole30 community refers to as food freedom.

I am so sorry for my long absense. Most of you know my situation and have been so gracious to me in this time. For those that dont know my dad was in an offroad accident and has been in icu for 11 days. This has been and exhasuting and trying time. We are not through the woods yet and it will continue to be a hard road for my family.

I am so thankful for whole30 and that I came into this time on tigerblood!!!I dont know how I would have done those first 6 days otherwise. In total transparency I did fall into self pity and old habits this weekend after a couple traumatic days. Today I pick myself up and get back on track. I have been able to stick 90% to whole30 during this time.

I hope that my help during the first two and a half weeks prepared you for this time. I would love to hear from you today and hear how you are doing? what questions have you not asked while I was unreachable? I truly hope that my time away didnt derail anyone. Heres to your health and happiness for the 2018 holiday season!

Traveling can be especially hard on the health conscience not to mention the whole30 crowd.

Recently when traveling, my prepacked goodie snack disappeared from my carry-on. I found a salad and forwent the dressing. Was it amazing? No, but what airport food is? And I didn’t end up feeling discomfort & bloating as if I had chosen something else!!

Healthy is a day by day, minute by minute decision we have to make. SO MAKE IT!!!👌
