Two months ago we had our family friend ask us if we could build him a customized online workout plan because he lives out of state. Words can’t describe how proud we are of . It’s been 8 long weeks and we are seeing major progress (down 25lbs). Thank you Mike for believing in our system and being consistent. The best is yet to come. Keep grinding brotha!
