Flashback Friday 🤯

to this past weekend where I competed in my sixth NPC men’s physique show. What a great show too and I was truly honored to share the stage with some amazing competition as well! I placed 3rd in my masters class and received a second call outs in a stacked open class of 13 amazing athletes. Unfortunately I didn’t place top 5 in that group, but I’m still very pleased with the outcome and glad I was able to bring home at least one medal 🥉 from such an awesome show! Also I’m super proud of my client/friend who also competed in this show and it was her very first show ever and she definitely impressed and brought her best to the stage too! 👌🏼🔥🔥💯 She placed top 5 in all three of her bikini classes which were stacked to the max and full of some amazing athletes as well! She did absolutely phenomenal placing 4th in masters, 4th in open, and 5th in novice and I know she will only continue to get even better! Awesome job Amy I’m excited to see what you do next too! Now back to the drawing board for me and time to work on some improvements for the next show coming up in 8 weeks! Gotta get dem GAINZ lol! Time to grow and come back better than ever before! 💪🏼😤

to last weekend when I competed in my first National pro qualifying show. The very prestigious NPC USAs. What a great show and production as well! I had a great time and was very happy with the package I brought to the stage for my first National show, but I definitely have lots of work ahead of me and need to grow and get a bit leaner as well. Honored to share that stage with all those amazing athletes and future pros. I’ll be back bigger and better!💪🏼 Onward and upward 💯

Last weekend I competed in my 7th NPC men’s physique show. The Terminator Championships and had a great time and placed 4th in my masters 35+ class. thanks for putting on such a great show! I always enjoy competing in my hometown as well! 🙌🏼💯 So grateful to be able to compete and train for these shows that I enjoy doing! On to the next show in one week and looking forward to making improvements on the feedback I received from the judges as well! The grind never stops! Do what you love and do it with passion daily and remember how blessed you truly are and work to be a little bit better everyday! 💪🏼💯
