I have been a certified Personal Trainer since 2012, and I also coach Online Athletic Training classes several times each week. After many years as a small business owner, I chose to redirect my business skills and my psychology degree toward my passion of health and fitness, motivating and guiding others toward healthier lives! I love what I do, and I do what I love -- creating personalized train

ing programs for individuals, offering nutrition tips, as well as leading large groups of athletes through challenging and fulfilling workouts. I am also a Certified Underground Strength Coach, I trained to be a Les Mills Body Combat Instructor, and I my specialty is HIIT workouts. I've trained and coached through two pregnancies, and most recently, I have put my skills to the test while battling out bilateral breast cancer. My health and fitness have delivered me through some big stuff, but those experiences always bring more wisdom to my table.

I am celebrating!! My cancer is in remission, I am feeling fabulous, and I am changing things up 😁... While I have loved all my years of training in a big gym, I am moving into a smaller space , while continuing my online HIIT classes! I will also be venturing onto YouTube any day now, so keep a lookout for some very "Sara" class recordings to enjoy at home. Stay tuned for more!!
