Do you have knee pain when you workout? Tension or discomfort?
It doesnβt automatically mean you canβt do legs anymore.
Sometimes we can correct form, stretch, foam roll or even work on our bodyβs alignment to help how it feels and performs.
If pain is persistent and continues to be an issue you should always contact a doctor. But try some of these out and see how your body reacts.
