Based on your feedback from our member surveys, we will now be adding Open Gym on Tuesday & Thursday from 11 AM to 1 PM! We will also have a 30 minute HIIT class from 12 to 12:30 PM. This is a perfect opportunity to get some strength and movement in during your lunch break! We will do this on a 3 month trial run to see how much all of you enjoy it! Look forward to seeing you midday!!

This weekend we honor the 19 Granite Mountain Hotshots who gave their lives on June 30, 2013, fighting the Yarnell Hill fire here in Arizona.

This is more than just a workout. It is a chance to remember their sacrifice, grit, courage and the heart it takes to put others before yourself.
