It’s time to show some appreciation for our one and only, Phoebe! 💜✨

As a former dancer, yoga has served as an outlet for her—allowing her to express herself through movement. This inevitably drove her to become a teacher, allowing her to create a space where others could do the same.

Being her authentic self is an important part of her teaching approach as well as cultivating an environment where people can gather to leave their everyday lives behind and connect on the mat, even for just a short time.

This month, you’ll see Phoebe’s name on the schedule as she will be leading Warm Flow on Mondays at 4:30 PM starting 8/17 and Warm Flow on Thursdays at 9:30 AM starting on 8/27!

A fun fact about her? She LOVES to try new things and is a self-proclaimed ‘hobby-collector.’ Learning new skills and getting creative is her jam!
