Arizona riders are skipping the big-box tack stores for one small north Phoenix consignment shop, where English and western gear sit side by side and a mother and daughter from Flagstaff walked out with two used saddles plus new girths and pads. A Tucson rider made the drive on her trainer's word alone and saved fifty dollars on tall boots.
