A powerful guided breathwork experience designed to energize the body, quiet the mind, and create space for emotional release and deep reset.

Using an intentional breathing technique, this experience may leave you feeling lighter, more grounded, emotionally clear, and awakened from the inside out. Many people experience a sense of release, clarity, peace, or renewed energy throughout the journey.

No experience is necessary, just come as you are.

Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, blanket, or cushion to relax on during the session.
