“I honestly thought my life was over.” After years of addiction, Taraya reached a point where she felt hopeless. Then she found a community that saw her potential, believed in her, and reminded her that her story wasn’t finished.

Today, Taraya is 1 year and 4 months sober, attends Church at the Kroc, and has found consistent employment. These are milestones that once felt out of reach. Her journey is a powerful reminder of what can happen when someone is given hope and a second chance.

Member Spotlight: Sandra's Fitness Journey 💪✨

Through fitness classes, supportive instructors, and her own determination, Sandra lost weight and maintained her progress even after knee replacement surgery and a rotator cuff repair. What could have been setbacks became stepping stones toward a healthier, stronger future.

Today, Sandra continues to show up, stay active, and inspire those around her with her commitment to a healthier lifestyle. We're grateful to be part of her journey! 👏

Teens, want access to the gym?

Teen Fit is your first step. Learn how to use the Fitness Center safely, understand gym etiquette, and gain the confidence to crush your fitness goals.

✅ Ages 12–15
✅ Only $7
✅ One to one orientation
✅ Monday–Friday

Teen Fit is a membership benefit and does not include day access to the Fitness Center for non-members.

Participants receive a lanyard upon completion of the orientation. If it is lost, a replacement must be repurchased.

For this month, we will be collecting umbrellas ☔️ at the Welcome Desk. As a token of our appreciation, each donation will enter them into our monthly raffle. Please make sure the items are new/ gently-used and clean. Umbrellas must be opaque; no clear/ transparent umbrella. 1 item = 1 entry. The lucky winner will receive a Free Month of Membership. All items will be supporting our outreach programs to help those in need.

Our Summer 2026 Gymnastics classes are the perfect place for kids to build skills, burn energy, and have fun all summer long!

We offer:
⭐ Level 1 (Ages 3–5)
⭐ Level 2 (Ages 6–10)

Classes are organized by age and skill level, with instructor assessments to help every gymnast find the right fit 💜
