Functional Bodybuilding at BLK LBL is constant, nonstop intensity. You get a thirty-second break between each set and one minute to start your next exercise. It’s all weightlifting, designed to be efficient—you come in, do the workout, and leave.

We built this program to be female-friendly on purpose, but anyone can do it. My wife and I run through it ourselves all week to make sure it’s strong enough for experts while staying accessible for people just starting their bodybuilding and weightlifting journey. That’s how we know it works.

TEEN FITNESS PROGRAM

“I work on getting kids strong. Core and strength — that’s the foundation. I get them strong, and then it’s up to their coach and their team to use that strength for their sport. Every kid is different. Some are here for baseball, some for football or basketball, lacrosse, soccer, hockey, even dance,and some want to lose weight and just want to learn how to work out. But what they all get from me is that athletic base. When they train with me, they’ll be able to handle whatever crazy football training or sport-specific work their coach throws at them way easier. Because they’re strong. Because they have that foundation. Core strength, training, proper form, weightlifting …. That’s BLK LBL. Where athletes get built.”
