💖 Hearts in Action - December 20th | 9AM-12PM

Every year, our community shows up with heart, purpose, and generosity. WIN Taekwondo Academy, AZ United, and Abrazo Ágape are coming together again to serve warm meals, winter essentials, and hygiene kits to families who need extra support this season. We’re aiming to surpass last year’s 200 warm meals served - and your help makes all the difference.

Donations accepted through December 17th:
• New or gently used winter clothing
• Hygiene products
• Individually packaged drinks
• Monetary donations used to prepare warm meals

All contributions are tax-deductible through AZ United (501c3).
If you’d rather give your time, join us on December 20th from 9AM-12PM as we hand out meals, clothing, and kindness.

Another great opportunity to get outdoors together and enjoy the beautiful weather — and this time, to give back to our community. 🌄🌿

Our team spent the day at South Mountain National Park, picking up trash and helping keep one of Arizona’s most beautiful landmarks clean for everyone to enjoy. It was a chance to connect with nature, work side-by-side, and make a positive impact on a place we all love.

Huge thank you to everyone who showed up, rolled up their sleeves, and made a difference. Every piece of trash collected helps keep our trails safe, scenic, and sustainable. ♻️💚

Join our Win Taekwondo family as we come together to clean our mountain and protect the place we call home.

March Promotion Test – A Night of Opportunity🥋

Tonight was more than just a test—it was a testament to the hard work, dedication, and perseverance of every student who stepped onto the mat. This was about opportunity—the opportunity to pursue your passion, to challenge yourself, and to continue the quest to become the best version of YOU.

Each kick, each form, and each moment of focus showed the heart and determination that define our journey in Taekwondo. Congratulations to all who tested —your commitment inspires us all!

Look around you. This place—our parks, our neighborhoods, our shared spaces—belongs to all of us. But more importantly, they reflect us. A clean, vibrant park is more than just a beautiful place to spend an afternoon. It’s a symbol of care, unity, and hope—a testament to what we can accomplish when we come together.

That’s why events like park clean-ups and community painting projects are so much more than tasks to check off a list. They are acts of love. They are moments where people—regardless of age, background, or beliefs—stand side by side, working toward something bigger than themselves. They teach our children the power of responsibility, they show our elders that their wisdom still shapes the future, and they remind us all that small actions create big change.

A single coat of paint can turn an old bench into a place where friendships form. Picking up litter transforms a neglected field into a playground for laughter. Every effort, no matter how small, leaves an imprint—not just on the space itself, but on the hearts of those who give their time.

So, I invite you: let’s pick up a brush, a trash bag, a shovel—whatever it takes. Not because we have to, but because we want to. Because a thriving community isn’t built by one person—it’s built by all of us, together.

🌟 Thank You for the Power of Giving! 🌟

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to the incredible families, students, and staff of Win Taekwondo, as well as the Abrazo Ágape Foundation, for coming together to make the Power of Giving community event a huge success.

Together, we were able to feed over 200+ individuals, provide warm blankets, and distribute clothing to those in need. ❤️

A special shoutout to for not only preparing the delicious meals we distributed but also donating 50 plates of food—your generosity made such a difference!

While the impact we made was incredible, it’s the memories and lessons of giving back that will stay with us forever. Let’s continue to inspire each other and uplift our community! 💪✨

As the Thanksgiving holiday approaches, we want to let you know about a slight adjustment to our class schedule:

Thursday, November 28th: No Classes
Friday, November 29th: No Classes
Saturday, November 30th: No Classes
This break offers us all a chance to recharge, spend quality time with loved ones, and reflect on the many blessings in our lives.

🌍 Stronger Together at South Mountain! 🌍

Huge shoutout to our amazing Win Taekwondo students, families, and community for showing up and giving back! At today’s South Mountain Cleanup, we rolled up our sleeves to make a difference—not just for our planet, but for our community.

Teaching our young leaders that giving back is a core value for us. It’s about showing up, putting in the effort, and working together to create a cleaner, healthier space for all. Moments like these remind us that every little act counts. Thank you, everyone, for your time and dedication today—let’s keep growing stronger together! 💪🌱
