A place to let the day go.
A place to quiet your mind.
A place where your body can soften & restore.

Rest is something we all need. ✨

Have you ever wondered 💭 if it’s time to turn your bedroom into a more sacred, intentional space? 🛌🪴

Turn off the TV. (Better yet…take it out 😉)
Put the phone down.
Leave the emails and messages for another time.

The world will still be waiting for you.
But you can choose to create a space where you come back to yourself.

Let your bedroom feel peaceful.
Let your bed be a place of comfort.
Let your body know that it can slow down & rest.

Because your rest matters.

And the way you care for yourself at the end of the day matters, too. 🤍

Make it peaceful.
Make it comforting.
Make it yours. 🌙✨

Day 5: Healthy Thoughts = Stress Tamer 🤍

“Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.”
Philippians 4:8

There’s a difference between having a thought and choosing what we think about.
Thoughts will come. We can’t always control what pops into our minds, but we can choose which thoughts we give our attention to.
Not every thought deserves a seat at the table. 💛

When you don’t hear back from a friend, don’t immediately assume they’re giving you the silent treatment. Go with the facts. Maybe they’re busy. Maybe they’re having a difficult day. Don’t allow your mind to create a story that you don’t have evidence for.

When the doctor calls you back after an appointment, resist the urge to jump to the worst-case scenario. Pray. Breathe. Take it one step at a time. Wait for the facts and the information that is actually given to you.

When your boss asks to meet with you, don’t automatically assume it’s because you’ve done something wrong. What if it’s the opposite? What if they’ve noticed your excellence, your dedication, and your hard work—and they want to celebrate you or even offer you a new opportunity? ✨

Our minds can quickly run ahead of the facts, especially when we’re stressed or afraid.

So today, let’s practice Philippians 4:8.

Is this thought true?
Is it helpful?
Is it based on facts—or fear?
Is it something I need to dwell on?

We don’t have to believe every thought that enters our minds.

We can pause.
We can pray.
We can redirect our thoughts.

And we can choose to focus on what is true, lovely, excellent, and praiseworthy.

Healthy thoughts won’t mean we never experience stress—but they can help us tame the unnecessary stress we create when our minds run ahead of reality. 🤍

Choose your thoughts. Guard your mind. Trust God with what you don’t yet know.

Day2: If your goal is to have MORE ENERGY every day, you have to put energy OUT.

It might sound crazy, but if you want to keep moving… you have to KEEP MOVING. 🔥

When you feel like you have absolutely ZERO energy to work out, look at what happened in the hours before.

What you did the night before.
What you ate.
How much water you drank.
How much you moved.
How much sunlight you got.
How well you actually fueled your body.

All of these things can play a HUGE role in how you feel when it’s time to move your body.

The raw, honest & simple recipe for more energy:

• LOTS of movement
• A nutrient-dense, health-focused diet
• Sunshine + vitamin D ☀️
• Drink your water — and enough of it. Start when you wake up and keep drinking throughout the day. 💧
• If you have a deficiency, address it with appropriate supplementation
• And if you’re working out after a long 8–12 hour workday: honey + sea salt can be a simple way to get some quick fuel in. 🍯🧂

You don’t always need another energy drink (or one at all 😉).

Sometimes you need to MOVE, FUEL, HYDRATE & GET OUTSIDE.

Energy creates energy. ⚡️

Day 1: Establish a weekend morning routine that keeps you moving and sets the tone for the rest of your day.

When M–F is on track, but the weekends… you fall off the wagon. 😅
Schedule yourself for a morning workout. If you spend your M–F inside the gym, maybe take it outside on the weekend. Or better yet, do a little of both:

🏋🏽‍♀️ 20–50 minutes of lifting
🌿 Follow it with 20–50 minutes outside — walk, bike, run, or hit some intervals.

It’s all about planning + scheduling.

Continuing the healthy habits you’ve built Monday–Friday into Saturday & Sunday can help you feel more energized throughout the weekend — and even more focused, refreshed, and ready to take on Monday.

Can we agree that we don’t have to let the weekend undo our momentum? 🤍

Mobility isn’t just about flexibility—it’s about staying independent, confident, and ready for life! 💪🏽✨

And mobility isn’t simply “stretching.” It includes actively controlling your joints through their available range of motion, which is especially useful as we get older—which, let’s be honest, is something we’re all doing every single day on this earth 🙌🏽 So really, everyone needs mobility work!

As we age, regular mobility work helps us move easier, balance better, and keep doing the things we love.

A few minutes a day can go a long way. Keep moving, keep exploring, keep aging strong! 🕺🏽💃🏽🔥

The key is consistency rather than intensity. A few minutes of purposeful mobility most days—along with walking, strength training, and balance work—can be much more valuable than an occasional long stretching session.

🧱 Core strength, joint stability & bone density
⚡ Total-body explosive power, strength & muscular endurance
🏋🏽‍♀️ Upper back — traps, rhomboids & spinal erectors

🔥 Abs & obliques — staying braced under heavy load

Get outside and soak up some sunshine. Be intentional with what you eat, make time to move your body, and take care of yourself.

Remember: a bad moment doesn’t make a bad day, and a hard day doesn’t mean a bad week. Give yourself grace, reset, and keep going. ❤️

Don’t wish your days away—be present, live intentionally, and find joy in the moment. You’ll be surprised how much happiness you discover within. ✨
