Happy Friday, busy bees!
We are so excited to announce the addition of TWO NEW CLASSES to our schedule! We now have Killer Bee (formerly Live with The Hive), Bumble Bee, and B***y Buzz 🐝
Killer Bee (LIVE) -
Our most challenging class at The Hive, but don't let that deter you! This class is a 45-minute, full-body workout that will get your heart rate up and your body fat down! All you need is a pair of dumbbells and your phone to join this class VIRTUALLY. Led by our Founder, Hannah Schmitz, this class is definitely challenging, but doable by all levels. Modifications are given to each participant to make this class easier OR harder, depending on your skill level.
Bumble Bee (LIVE) -
The easiest of our classes, Bumble Bee is still high intensity and strength training, MINUS the jumping exercises you'll see in Killer Bee. This class is perfect for beginners, as well as pre- and post-natal clients. Coach Hannah is a certified pre- and post-natal trainer, so all of our mamas-to-be (and current mamas) are welcome to join this class without the worry of it being too stressful on baby! Again, all you need is a pair of dumbbells and your phone to join this 45-minute class virtually!
B***y Buzz (LIVE) -
If you're someone who is looking to tone or grow that lower body, this class is for YOU. Focused and glutes, legs, and abs, this class will get your heart rate up, your lower body burning, and your b***y growing. This class incorporates HIIT and strength, and each exercise can be modified to your specific fitness level. Just like the other classes, this class is 45-minutes and can be done from anywhere with a pair of dumbbells and your phone!
