According to Eckhart, “an inner narrative that stands in opposition to “what is” will always create suffering.”

Ask yourself this question, “How would I experience this, without the baggage of my reaction?”

Asking this during unwanted circumstances will help alleviate self imposed suffering and allow you to be present with more stillness & clarity.
