A great coach acts as a pilot!

Some coaches have fancy tools, some use the ol’ reliables. Some coach alone some have teams, and some are loud while others are soft spoken.

What matters is direction and guidance. Adapting to your clients needs. Making those slight adjustments to make sure they get to their destination.

Some use fancy tools some use the old reliables. Some yell and some are silent. Some do it alone, while others use a team.

What truly matters is guidance, are you heading in the right direction? Are the adjustments able to be made when setbacks arise? That is what makes a true coach.
