He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, USA Weightlifting Coach and a Physical Therapist Assistant with a ton of knowledge about the human body. Most importantly, he’s obsessed with inspiring his athletes to push past their limits! You ready for a workout with some east coast attitude? Look no further. Fun facts:
