I am so proud of all our competitors this weekend. They really showed out at the USKA AZ State Championship. Enjoy, because we get right back to work this weekend for Nationals.

Oscar from The Dojo gave this to me today from one of his students and it brought a tear to my eyes. 💛

A couple of months ago I was invited to speak with the leadership team at The Dojo Martial Arts. I shared some personal stories about taking the hard things life hands you and turning them into something good.

This note was so touching and something I will cherish forever. You never really know what someone is carrying, or which story is going to be the one that reaches them.

Huge thanks to The Dojo for building a place where kids learn self-discipline, respect, focus and kindness alongside martial arts. That is not an accident, that is leadership.
