“Are you actually prepared—or have you simply become really good at being careful?”

“Because being careful tells you to watch out.
Being prepared gives you a plan for what to do when something actually happens.”

This workshop goes beyond personal safety by empowering women to own their voice, move through life with command presence, and build confidence in every area of life—from relationships and business to everyday protection—rooted in faith-filled courage.

Participants learn how to stop living in fear and start living prepared through heightened awareness, confident decision-making, and practical protection skills. The workshop helps women recognize threats, respond under pressure, become harder to target, and protect themselves and the people they love.

Four in the afternoon on a Saturday in Twin Falls, Idaho. A busy commercial strip, an In-N-Out parking lot, and then gunfire. People scattered across the asphalt while dispatchers were buried in 911 calls. One man in that lot was carrying, and video shows him going the other direction, toward the shooting.
