My workouts for the past few weeks including lifting people 😂
But seriously stay active while you’re on vacation! Don’t let your hard work go to waste!
I just did a trip for 2 1/2 weeks and I stayed in shape by doing calisthenics with an emphasis on slow eccentric movement and isometric holds.
This allowed me to maintain muscle mass while burning fat. No gains just maintenance
Now this isn’t the best, but it’s better than nothing!
Life happens and we go on trips! So to maintain a healthy life, you gotta be healthy ALL OF YOUR LIFE (including vacations) By eating good and staying active you can do that!
Don’t let people say you can’t stay in shape , because you can!!
