We had a great spring coaching season and took our usual Summer break but as the winter coaching season gets closer, we've found ourselves unable to commit to group coaching events for the rest of 2024.
Coach Stef has been recovering from ACL Surgery in May which has her out of commission and Coach Lauren has been dealing with a busy plate of stuff and family health issues that have required her full attention. Giving back and coaching is such an honor for us, so this is a tough pill to swallow. Some select 1:1 coaching will be available on a case by case basis.
We hope to be back in 2025 with some great group coaching offerings including the return of our annual Lady Shred Weekend at Sunrise Ski Park in the Summer!
In the meantime, if you're looking for Mountain Bike coaching this fall, we'd like to recommend some great coaches to look into:
