Some footage from last weeks training session with Coach Marcus () focused on:

1) Two foot finishes (jump-stops) left hand & right hand

2) Unilateral footwork & finishes (one foot finishes) left hand & right hand

3) Cross-Jab progressions (stationary work)

4)Put it all together at the end of the session for “on-the-go” work: Cross-jab to lay-up finishes

Discover how to:
