Trail Clean-Up & Catskill Tales: Join Us This Saturday!
Hey everyone! Ready to give back to the trails we love? Come join us this Saturday, May 30, at 10:30 AM for a community clean-up on the Long Path/SRT just outside of Ellenville.
While most of our Hudson Valley trails stay beautifully pristine, this specific section has unfortunately become a dumping ground. We’re teaming up with the Shawangunk Ridge Trail Run and Run Wild, Inc. to change that.

The Mystery of the Creepy Dolls
If you’ve been on this stretch lately, you might have noticed some… unusual residents. A collection of creepy dolls has started appearing along the trail. Local expert Chris Regan suggests they might be protesting the litter—and that once the trash is gone, they might move on. Of course, they might also just like the vibe. Either way, let’s clean up their neighborhood and see what happens!
Post-Clean-Up Social: 4:00 PM
After we’ve filled our bags, head over to The Common Good in Ellenville at 4:00 PM. Ken will be joining Steve Aaron to share stories and photos from our latest Catskill adventures.
Expect a highlight reel of:
Breathtaking scenic vistas
Technical "jungle" bushwhacks
Trail dogs, butterflies, and everything in between
It’s going to be a great day of stewardship and storytelling.
Hope to see you there!
