Join us for Murph on Monday, May 25th at 9 AM. We’ll run heats if needed to accommodate everyone.

🍔🌭We’ll head to Jeff and Lydia‘s around noon for a barbecue and some time to relax and hang out.

✔️Sign up at the gym to bring a side or dessert. Meat and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided. All we ask is that you let us know if you’re coming so we can plan accordingly!

Doors open at 4:00 PM
First heat: 4:30 PM
We’ll keep rolling until every athlete finishes.
