Kansas Biggest Rodeo Little town, big rodeo, big smiles, good times. July 30-31-August 1, 2026. Join us in Phillipsburg, Kansas! We start at 8 pm on August 5-6-7, 2021 with rodeo.

Kansas' Biggest Rodeo is 3 nights of great family entertainment. There's a parade on Sat., August 7, at 2 pm, plus slack is at 7 pm on August 3-4, 2021. Our annual Tough Enough to Wear Pink night is August 5. Come on out and make memories with your family and friends at the Phillipsburg rodeo!

All 28 of the toilets at KBR have been replaced! 🚽
▪ For years, the toilets haven’t worked right, due to low city water pressure and the fact that we’re 2 ½ miles from town.
▪ And when we have high usage, we run out of water! The old toilets used 1.6 gallons per flush. These new ones are .8 gallons per flush!
▪ The #1 priority for us is our fans and USEABLE restrooms!! Several thousand dollars were spent on this project, with financial help from Phillips County Economic Development.
▪ Our wish is trouble-free restrooms!! (Fri. and Sat. nights will be the ultimate test!)
▪ Shout out to our head custodian Diane Higby (she is the BEST!) and a shout-out to Lyle Hockman, Harold Keef, and John Shelton for all the work they did to complete this project.

➡️Is the 2025 PRCA Clown of the Year, a surreal moment for him. “I framed a photo of that day and put it in my living quarters. I never dreamed when I was young I would ever be in consideration for it.” ➡️Hails from Olin, S.C. ➡️Loves to hunt waterfowl. ➡️Is married to Bonnie; they have 2 daughters, Ruia and Etta.

The Phillipsburg rodeo announces its 2026 scholarship winners! Jenna Hendrickson and Brady Papay, from Fort Hays State University and Austin Camara and Paisley Gallegos, from Mid-Plains Community College
Each student received a $500 scholarship. The rodeo has given out over 60 scholarships since 1996.
Jenna, Spearville, Kan., will be a junior this fall. She is a breakaway roper and president of the Fort Hays State University Rodeo Club.
Brady, Mead, Kan., will be a senior and is a team roper.
Austin, Kalaheao, Hawaii, will return to Mid-Plains for a third year and work on a degree in building and construction. He is a team roper.
Paisley, Keenesburg, Colo., is a barrel racer and will begin her second year of studies at Mid-Plains.

Randy Corley is the soundtrack of our rodeo.. he's been with us 40+ years.
This year, we add a second voice – Bob Edmonds – to work alongside Randy. This brings a new dynamic to the Phillipsburg rodeo, while continuing the tradition and professionalism Randy has always brought us. These two will work as well together as bread and butter!
