U.S. Family Martial Arts At U. S. Family Martial Arts, we are dedicated to educating our students in the most effective street applicable self defense techniques and strategies for life.

Family Martial Arts, we offer traditional Taekwondo, Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, and Firearms lessons to nourish the development of a strong mind, body, and spirit for each of our students. Through traditional Taekwondo training and lessons we nourish the development of a strong body, mind, and spirit for each of our students. The Taekwondo training will develop distance control and mastery of striking tech

niques for defense. We have been a Certified Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Training Center for over 10 years and offer classes in the most effective street self defense system in the world. The techniques in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu were specifically developed for someone smaller to defeat a bigger, stronger, and more athletic opponent. From kids to Law Enforcement and Military, this program is second to none. Self defense training for our students does not stop with unarmed defense techniques and strategies. We believe everyone should have an understanding of correct Firearms Safety and Manipulation which can be life saving information even if you don’t have a firearm, one might be involved in the fight. We also have Marksmanship training for students who want to increase their firearms knowledge and skill set. Taught by our NRA Certified Firearms Instructor, Police Officer, and Master Marksman.

Due to the weather, U. S. Family Martial Arts will be closed tonight, Tuesday, 2/13/2024. We will be open tomorrow 2/14/2024, for a special Valentine’s Day schedule! As a gift to all our amazing parents, you can drop your kids off with us from 4:30pm to 9:00pm and spend a special night out! The kids will be training for the first hour and then having a giant NERF gun battle!
