Anyone is welcome to try out the gym during our open house! Our hours are 6am-9pm, and we run classes all day:
6am - Core and Sculpt
7am - Bootcamp
8am - Bootcamp
10am - Bootcamp
3:30pm - Bootcamp
6pm - Bootcamp
7pm - Bootcamp

Join us for our official Ribbon Cutting ceremony! We’re thrilled to celebrate!

We are excited to have our official grand opening at 81 Broad St on this Wednesday, September 16th!

We have been at this location for a little over a year, but we are taking the day to celebrate our new location and we are inviting the community to join us!

This Wednesday ONLY we are offering an open gym for non-members! If you’ve been looking to try out our gym, this is for you!

We are also offering a first free class for anyone who has not tried a class yet!
