So incredibly proud of this guy! Bentley finished the season as the #1 Freshman in Pennsylvania and #5 Freshman in the country with 6 interceptions. Fun fact- All 10 NCAA wrestling champions this season have won National or World level Freestyle/Greco tournaments. So the excuse of “I don’t want freestyle to mess up my folkstyle” is invalid 😉

Congratulations to the Bishop McCort Cheerleading team on their National Championship last night in the “Traditional” style!
Not only did they qualify for nationals and make it to the finals in two different categories, they are also bringing home a 3rd Place medal for the “Game Day” style. What an incredible season!

Merry Christmas ya filthy animals!
As far as weights- this is a mid power range fun workout. It is more about continuing to move than it is burning a specific muscle out.
Stay light on deadlifts, you are using the same bar and going right into power cleans with it.
*If you don’t have certain equipment, tell me what you have and we’ll sub something in.
