✨What brought you to yoga?

What brought me to yoga was honestly just wanting to try something new in my fitness journey, but it became so much more than that. I’ve learned how to be present, ground myself, trust that I can do hard things, and that I can be soft while still being challenged. I’ve found a sense of belonging I didn’t expect. Monarch has become a second home, and this community means more to me than I can truly put into words.

💪 How To: Chaturanga 💪

Chaturanga, also known as your high to low pushup, is one of the most common transitions in a vinyasa practice, but it’s also one of the easiest to rush.

This week, slow it down, and check in on your form. Keep in mind not every chaturanga has to look the same. Building strength and moving with intention will take you further than trying to force the “perfect” shape.
