Kippettes Gymnastics Kippettes Gymnastics is Philadelphia's first non-profit, USAG-sanctioned gymnastics team. Miller also earned an all-around title at the 2013 Pink Invitational.

Philadelphia’s first non-profit, USAG-sanctioned gymnastics team, The Kippettes ended strong with a 2012-2013 competitive season that represented 32 gymnasts in levels 3-8 and accounting for more than 100 medals and seven team trophies. In 2013, nine Kendrick Kippettes gymnasts qualified for the USAG Pennsylvania State Competition held this year at the National Guard Armory March 15-17. Up against

the most accomplished gymnasts in the State of Pennsylvania, Kendrick brought home five State Champions to include Pennsylvania’s 1st-place State Champion on the balance beam, Danielle Skrocki of Roxborough, who scored a 9.50 at the meet. Kendrick Kippettes gymnast, Claire Miller of Roxborough, made her mark with a first-time State Championship win hitting a Kendrick all-time record high on the uneven bars scoring a 9.450, earning her 6th place. Miller took 9th place all-around with a score of 36.250 among 28 of Pennsylvania’s most decorated gymnasts and accounting for The Kippettes highest State Meet all-around score. Alexandra Stoffere of Roxborough earned her first state win placing on vault alongside Skrocki, while Dawn Roush of Germantown won on floor with a 9.42 and bars with a 9.050. Paige Divon of Upper Roxborough merited her first State Championship win on balance beam with a 9.075. Zoe Singer of East Falls was acknowledged as earning her all-time personal high score on the uneven bars hitting a 9.150, and Kerri Campbell of Andorra earned a personal all-around high score of 34.350. Campbell also captured first place this year on balance beam at the annual 2013 Pink Invitational held in February and Singer took 1st-place on the uneven bars in at the 2013 Reading Dutch Classic held in February. Pennsylvania State qualifiers also included Samantha Myers of Roxborough who earned a 1st-place all-around title at the 2013 Reading Dutch Classic, and Hazel Miller of Roxborough who earned a 1st-place medal on balance beam at the 2013 Nittany Invitational held in State College in March. The Kippettes train at the Kendrick Recreation Center located at 5822 Ridge Avenue in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia. The Annual Kendrick Gymnastics Gym Show is slated for May 31st at the recreation center and will feature more than 100 athletes performing in choreographed floor routines with tumbling.
