Regardless of your fitness goals you have to start somewhere. When Tiff joined us she was nervous and scared of the thought of her goals. She did not know what to expect because she never had a trainer . Like many others before her we knew what she was feeling and implemented what we had learnt over the years of helping others . Our goal was to see how best we could help her reach her goals and not only achieve them but create new ones along the way. The idea started with wearing a bikini at the beach to wearing a bikini on stageđź‘€.
