The goals of our programs are to offer a positive support system to avoid the pitfalls that can derail individual’s lives while also advocating and helping individuals become aware of Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy and mental illness in athletes and how to cope with these diseases. Depending on an individual’s circumstance the focus is slightly designed differently for each person but the goal remains the same for all; to empower people to empower themselves in order to save their authentic heart and voice. Our goal is to also foster a commitment to all people that will promote strong interpersonal skills and reassert a sense of hope in the future.
