Most men define success by wealth and career, strength and power.
The want respect from their bosses and peers, friends and partners.
Words like weak, vulnerable, and soft threaten who they’ve been taught to be.
They don’t yet know that: Surrender takes courage. Vulnerability requires strength. Compassion demands resilience.
There’s more to being a man that beer, ballgames, bros, bonuses, and babes.
In a world mostly run by little boys with daddy issues, we need to redefine what it means to be a man or else we’re all f*cked.
Change starts with the individual. True success is an inside job.
That’s why I work with men to help them stop seeking external validation and find their inner authority.
