Cohocksink Recreation Center Cohocksink Recreation Center or Cohox is a playground in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia We look forward to your involvement with Cohox.

This page has been created to inform you of the various programs and activities that we offer for both children and adults. We just finished a terrific pool season with amazing staff and are now looking forward to our fall programs. This fall, we offer a tot program as well as an after school program. We also have several dance classes available, including adult tap, and we are proud to be the home turf of the Leprechauns' football and cheerleading squads. Come play, learn and grow with us!

We'll be offering a 3 week Pickleball Social on Wednesdays starting September 16th

🎮Video Game Club
We're back for more Nintendo Switch fun on Tuesday nights starting September 22nd

🖌Drawing Club
Drawing club for kids of all skill level, come draw your favorite characters in this 10 week long program starting Wednesday October 1st

It's that time of year again, we're gearing up for another year of Cohox Dance!

This year we will be offering:
💃Baby Tap/Ballet combo class, Beginners Tap, Beginners Ballet, Jazz and Hip Hop🕺

We will hold registration on the following days from 6:00-7:00pm:

📆Tuesday, September 8th
📆Tuesday, September 15th
📆Tuesday, September 22nd

Classes will begin the week of September 28th

The Fall Season has gotten off to a great start here at Cohox!

We still have some space available in our After School Program, Fall Arts & Crafts, Chess & Checkers Club, and we will continue to accept registration for our Jazz and Hip Hop dance classes until the end of October.

💃We're excited to announce our Dance Program for the 2025-26 season!🕺

This year we will be offering a combination tap/ballet class for toddlers 2.5-5yrs, ballet for 6+, jazz for ages 5-7 and hip-hop for those 8+.

Registration will take place from 6-7pm on the following nights:

Wednesday August 27th
Thursday September 4th
Tuesday September 16th and
Thursday September 25th

Our Summer Camp registration is now open to all people. Our camp goes from Monday, July 7th to Friday, August 15th and is for ages 6 to 12.

Camp is from 9 am to 3 pm and is $450 for 6 weeks ($75 per week) with Before or After Care available for an additional cost. $50 is due at registration and will go towards your 1st week of Camp balance.

We're excited to announce another year of Cohox Summer Camp. We will start registration for returning campers this Thursday, February after 1:30 pm. Camp registration will open up to the public on Monday, March 3rd after 1:30 pm.

Our camp is for ages 6 to 12 and goes 6 weeks from Monday, July 7th to Friday, August 15th. Our regular camp hours are 9 am to 3 pm and the cost of Camp is $450 ( $75 per week) with $50 due at registration ( goes towards 1st week cost).

We do offer Before (8 to 9 am) and After Care ( 3 to 6 pm) for an additional cost.
