Throughout my extensive experience in hiring and firing, I've noticed a trend: many individuals enter the fitness training profession for the wrong reasons, such as a personal passion for weightlifting or working out, without realizing that IT'S NOT ABOUT YOU. Instead, a good trainer's focus should be 100% on their clients' success and their own consistent effort to deliver results. As Einstein put it, "genius is taking the complex and making it simple." Effective trainers possess the ability to break down complicated concepts into simple, accessible language that resonates with everyone. This career path isn’t for everyone.
