Cape Mount Kickball Team Calls on Steering Committee to Immediately Clarified Arrears & Outstanding Payment Owed Players/Staffs Amid Committee Report Submission

The kickball team of Grand Cape Mount County in the 2025/2026 National County Sports Meet wishes to clarify with distinction that the Grand Cape Mount County Sports Steering Committee has submitted its official report to the county, indicating that all officials and players from the just-ended National County Sports Meet have been fully paid.

Let it be known and cleared that the Steering Committee of the just ended NCSM yet to fully settle its financial obligations to the Kickball Team; owes outstanding payments and arrears to some players and the technical staff.

The Steering Committee is still owing some officials for their services alongside some players including Media Manager Journalist Perry B. Zordyu, Statistician Musa M Kamara, Care Taker Tommy Kikeh among others.

Following the submission of the report to county leadership, the kickball team urged the county leadership and stakeholders to thoroughly investigate as the team leadership is open for further questioning.

We also call on the Steering Committee headed by Mr. Emmanuel Tamba to immediately clarify payments when young athletes and staff who sacrificed for Grand Cape Mount County will receive their hard-earned dues.

โ€Ž
โ€ŽDear B**g Sub-Association Chairman,
โ€Ž
โ€ŽSubject: Clarification Regarding Recent Suspension by the B**g County Coaches Association
โ€Ž
โ€ŽI am writing to bring to your attention the recent suspension imposed upon me by the B**g County Coaches Association. It is important for me to clarify that this suspension was not a result of any actions or decisions made by me.
โ€Ž
โ€ŽThe Article III of LIFOCA that I am accused of violating states:
โ€Ž
โ€Ž"ARTICLE III: ABSOLUTELY, NO UNTRAINED PERSON (COACH) WILL BE ALLOWED TO TAKE PART IN AN ORGANIZED LFA COMPETITION. THIS APPLIES TO MALE AND FEMALE LEAGUES, 3RD DIVISION, COMMUNITY LEAGUE, YOUTH PROGRAM, AND GRASSROOT SOCCER (ACADEMY)."
โ€Ž
โ€ŽI want to assure you that I always strive to uphold and abide by the code of conduct. It is important to me to maintain a standard of integrity and comply with the guidelines set forth. I, Coach Zanyu T Wesseh, want to make it clear that I did not breach the LIFOCA Code of Conduct outlined in Article III.
โ€Ž
โ€Ž1) Firstly, I am a licensed coach and did not knowingly allow an unlicensed coach to partake in any games. LIFOCA did not inform the club or myself of this issue beforehand.
โ€Ž
โ€Ž2) I did not interfere with any LIFOCA official while performing their duties nor did I oppose any official operations.
โ€Ž
โ€Ž3) There is no provision in the Code of Conduct or Article that holds the head coach responsible for the actions of others leading to a suspension.
โ€Ž
โ€Ž4) I do not have the authority to prevent anyone from coaching as that decision is the responsibility of a committee. I am not empowered to instruct someone to stop coaching; it is beyond my jurisdiction.
โ€Ž
โ€Ž5) When it comes to Queen of B**g Football Club, I was asked to assist with coaching and met all individuals involved who were participating in activities before the LFA and LIFOCA. The team has not been officially notified of any issues.
โ€Ž
โ€Ž6) Lastly, I did not insult or show disrespect to any LIFOCA members or officials during any league games.
โ€Ž
โ€ŽChairman, may I kindly request that you inquire with the LIFOCA leadership about the specific details of the league games, the date, the name of the deputy coach in question as these details were omitted from my suspension letter.
โ€Ž
โ€ŽI am seeking your assistance and support in addressing this matter and ensuring a fair and impartial review of my suspension. It is crucial for me to clear my name and protect my reputation within the football association.
โ€Ž
โ€ŽI am willing to fully cooperate with any investigations or due process necessary to reveal the true reasons behind the suspension. Your intervention and guidance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
โ€Ž
โ€ŽThank you for your attention to this issue, and I look forward to your prompt response and assistance in resolving this matter.
โ€Ž
โ€ŽSincerely,
โ€Ž
โ€Ž
