A little mischief night fun at City Heat! 🤭🎃 Tell us in the comments if we pranked ya good!

✨🔮 A little magic, a little mischief, and a whole lot of good energy. 🔮✨

Join us at City Heat for Magical Mystical Mischief Night—an evening to slow down, connect, and get into the spirit of the season. 🖤

At 7 PM, guest teacher Dani Kilpatrick will guide us through a cacao ceremony and sound healing. We’ll also have a tarot card reader and other mystical add-ons to make the night even more magical. 🌙

Come with an open mind, bring a friend, and see what the night has in store for you. ✨

There’s nothing more powerful than real stories from our community 🤍 Seeing your growth—inside and out—is exactly why we do what we do.

“I love The Hot Room so much! I danced my whole life and ate whatever i wanted and never in a millions years thought i would gain weight. I tried to go to the gym but i didn’t feel like i was seeing any progress. And that’s when i tried the hot room for the first time and I’ve been obsessed ever since! I have been consistently going to classes at the hot room since February 2025 with also changing my diet and better habits. Going to the Hot Room has boosted my confidence so much and helps me hold myself accountable! I love my Hot Room Family❤️ ”

We want to keep sharing YOUR stories 🖤 Send us your before & after pics (physical, mental, or both!) to be featured. We love seeing your progress and celebrating you every step of the way.
