Centennial Diving

Centennial Diving Formed in 2007, Centennial Diving's goal to instruct and coach athletes of all levels from beginers to USA Diving National qualifiers.

Since 2007, Centennial Diving has provided instruction for novice, intermediate, high school, and advanced level divers on both springboard and platform. ALL of our athletes are encouraged to grow as team members, team leaders, and competitors in a positive and motivating atmosphere. Centennial Diving program prides itself in providing safe, consistent and structured skill development for the prog

ressions needed with an individual approach. All Centennial coaching staff members are USA Diving Safety certified. Centennial Diving program trains at La Salle University. Our facility includes two three meter and two one meter Maxiflex B boards on Durfirm stands, a one meter board with overhead spotting rig, trampoline, gymnastics mats, Tivo recording system, 1 meter platform, and a bubbler system.
