Okay soo this post is what I get for running my mouth 😅🤣 I would just like to put this out there. I truly believe I can do 30 of these and I just haven't been training for volume of this nature in a while but Ima just shut up 🤫 I'll be back again with this when I can do 30 again 🤣

I can honesty say I haven't had a client like this before. 🗣 What made him different ?
He's got more 💜 than anyone I've worked with before by a long shot. The biggest problem during our sessions was that he wouldn't know when to quit 😅🤣😂 as you all have seen in my stories over the last month. 💜
NO CHALLENGE WAS TOO GREAT 🗣
He welcomed everything with such tenacity I would be astonished quite frankly 🤯
what I can appreciate is the fact that he trust me and himself so much that he never wavered. 🤞🏾
Most trainers will agree a lot of our clients come to us with low self-esteem and a lot of our sessions are filled with encouragement and reminders of how great they actually are.
