HEALTHY PANCAKE RECIPE
Craving something healthy and sweet for breakfast or maybe a quick snack? This is one of my favorites. Packed with protein, fiber, and natural sugars. Extremely easy to make.
Ingredients:
- One Mashed Banana
- 1/3 Cup of Non-dairy milk
- 3/4 Cup of Oats ground up
- One Egg
- Teaspoon of Cinnamon
(For plant based don’t use the egg)
Mix it all together in big bowl until you get a good consistency for the pancake batter. Once everything is well mixed, get ready to put your stove top on and you can portion it out however you want. I usually use a big spoon full for each pancake, but that’s up to you. 2-3 min per side and flip and you are good to go. You can refrigerate for a couple days and use this as a meal prep. You can also get creative and mix in berries or dark chocolate chips into batter to add a little extra. You won’t be disappointed and it’s a clean option, try it out!
