Today, 10 of our campers did something truly special. Our amazing campers made the incredible sacrifice of giving up a field trip to go represent Heitzman at the Philadelphia Parks & Recreation Fire Prevention Play Citywide Finals.
Their hard work and dedication paid off as they were crowned District 6 Champions and earned the Overall Award for Best Excitement! 🎉👏
We celebrated our victory with a well-deserved McDonald's lunch! 🍟🍔
Huge Congratulations to our cast: David, Kamdyn, Richie, Marshon, Alivia, Harlie, JJ, Jaelyn, Jenalise and Tae’Zyr. And special congratulations to Mr. Kyle! We couldn't be prouder! 💙🔥

We are excited to announce that Heitzman Recreation Center’s Summer Camp has won the District 6 Fire Prevention Play Competition and will be advancing to the Citywide Finals this Wednesday!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who took the time to watch our performance and vote for us. Your support truly made a difference, and we couldn't have done it without our amazing community. 💙
