Your members.

Listen to their feedback. Understand what they value. Figure out what can be better, and keep improving their experience.

Youā€™ll never make everyone happy, but if you stay focused on adding value to the people youā€™re trying to serve, the rest usually takes care of itself.

One thing Iā€™ve learned from building PWRBLD is that you have to know exactly who youā€™re building your gym for.

Weā€™ve never tried to appeal to everyone. We donā€™t get distracted by every viral trend. We build our gyms for people who genuinely care about training. That impacts everything we do. From the equipment we buy, how we lay out the gym, the environment we create, and the standards we hold ourselves to. Know your customer and stay true to them.

If you try to build a gym for everyone, youā€™ll end up building a gym for no one.

The Nautilus Super Pullover Gen 2 has officially made its way to the PWRBLD Gym King of Prussia floor.

This is truly one of the most legendary back machines ever made, and I couldnā€™t be more excited to finally add it to the lineup. Itā€™s an absolute icon in strength training and a piece Iā€™ve wanted for a long time.

The best part? This isnā€™t the only legendary back machine weā€™ve addedā€¦ I just picked up another one thatā€™s on its way. Stay tuned.

Understanding your expected costs is absolutely vital to building a successful gym (or any business).

That means knowing your total project budget, pre-opening expenses, post-opening operating costs, and how your gym is expected to perform month after month.
