Don't let life hit you so hard that it fools you into believing that you can't get back up 💪

I went from a college athlete to looking like the sickly duckling you can clearly see in the first picture 😢 I was uncomfortable in my own skin and hated my reflection in the mirror.

I made the decision to change my body and I had no intention on ever turning back....EVER
