That’s why beginning July 27th, every LC Fitness member will have the opportunity to invite a friend to join the Fit for Fall: Buddy Challenge at no cost.

Classes meet virtually via Zoom, which means your buddy can join from anywhere, live or on-demand!

Hot. Humid. Hilly. The delivered exactly what it always does. 🥵
Mid-90’s temps, blazing sun, killer hills, and a course that’s never any easier.

Shout out to and for tackling this race for the first time!

What sets the Media 5 Miler apart is the town itself.
From start to finish, the course is lined with neighbors cheering, kids handing out high-fives, and residents offering water, hoses, and sprinklers to help runners make it through.

One epic night that ends the same way every year, cold beers and laughs in the school parking lot. Congratulations runners!

Great job, everyone. Until next year, Media.
